  • Read through information packet containing everything you'll need to make you rmove as seamless as possible, including real estate agents' names, home stagers', storage services, money-saving coupons. etc.
  • Choose a Real Estate Agent if you don't already have one and receive a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) on your home.
  • Choose a professional home stager from list provided and schedule a consultation. During this process you'll receive a unique staging plan designed specifically to better show your home.
  • Call your Community Sales Representative to set up a PODS appointment (877.613.7637) and arrange for an approved number of boxes to be delivered to your home.
  • Use the helpful, money-saving coupons provided to begin paint touch-ups and other cosmetic upgrades.
  • Have a follow-up meeting with your agent once all items have been completed. Receive a copy of your current home's Real Estate Listing with pricing that reflects the agent's CMA.
  • Arrange PODS delivery and pack the bulk of your belongings to be stored at their warehouse facility.
